How long are the rental periods?

RENTAL PERIODS ARE NOT 24 HOUR RENTALS
Most children's parties last about 4 hours...  In order to provide the best service to ALL our customers, The rental periods are for 6 Hours.   So please plan your party time accordingly.

NOTE: EVERY SATURDAY & SUNDAY WE SELL OUT OF BOUNCE HOUSES AND OF COURSE OUR SCHEDULE IS VERY TIGHT, IF YOU NEED ANY BOUNCE HOUSE RENTAL LONGER THAN THE 6 HOUR RENTAL WINDOW, (Say till 11pm that night)... Since we are unable to schedule pick ups that late and get your bouncer cleaned and ready for the next day's morning rental, We recommend that you rent the unit for a 2nd day at  50% off at the time of booking.  (Unit must be available on 2nd day)

How much room do I need?

A 20' feet by 20' area should be plenty of room for a standard bouncer ,other units require more space. The area should be level, free of rocks and sticks etc. and any in ground sprinkler systems should be shut off and not protruding. Kids Like To Party .LLC reserves the right to NOT setup a moonwalk or Continue A Rental due to unsafe conditions.  However we will do our best to recommend a safer location.  


Who sets up the bounce?

Customers are allowed to pickup all rentals that are available as Delivery is NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME...
Please see each item to see what type of vehicle is required.. Most rentals set up within 5 Miutes.. Even the big ones..

ALL Customers are Responsible for Cleaning the rental equipment. prior to returning otherwise a $25 Cleaning fee will be charged..


How does the bounce unit stay inflated?

We setup the unit and inflate the bouncer with a fully enclosed blower motor unit that must stay on the entire time the bounce unit is being used. The design of the blower is such that no moving parts are exposed. This is a very important safety feature that you should take into account whenever considering a rental.The blower unit must be located within 100 feet of an electrical outlet.


Can I cancel my rental?

Cancellations are accepted within 3 Business days of reservation and you will receive a 100% refund in method paid.  Because of our high rate of calls & we could be telling others your rental is NO LONGER Available, After the 3 Day Grace Period,  A gift certificate ONLY will be issued in the amount PAID. 
NO REFUNDS Are Allowed What So Ever.. For Weather cancellations, Please See Below.. 

How long do I have to send in my deposit?

We will ONLY secure your date with a Valid Master Card or Visa Card at time of booking...

What is the policy in case of rain or high wind?

Unfortunately We Can Not Be Held Responsible For The Ever Changing Weather Of New England.   If the local weather is calling for "EXTREME RAIN OR WINDS" on your reserved Party Date, YOU DO NOT FORFIT YOUR AMOUNT PAID.. You will automatically get back a NON- Expiring Store Credit in the amount PAID at anytime for years to come... .

In Case of Heavy Rain during Rental Period, Stop using the equipment. Once the rain stops you can dry the unit with your towels. Once dry the bouncer should be once again safe to use. Weather cancellations will only be decided the morning of the rental due to the ever changing weather forecast.

Can a Bounce House be set up indoors?              "BACK UP TOP"
Yes, Our units can be set up inside or outside. You will need to have enough ceiling height to accommodate the unit. Please arrange this at time of booking so we can arrange proper anchoring & let you know the height requirements. The units must not be too near any hot lights , vents or any other fire hazard. Many commercial halls etc. will do just fine.Customer is responsible to ensure inflatable will fit.

Can a Bounce House be set up on pavement?

Yes, as long as The BOTTOM OF THE BOUNCE HOUSE HAS A THICK ENOUGH TARP TO PROTECT THE RENTAL.. The Customer is 100% Responsible for any damage that may occur if they Do Not Protect The Unit.
Also The Customers Must Secure The Rentals with Sandbags at each corner if unable to use the supplied stakes...

We Can Supply Sand Bags Or Tarps for a small additional Fee...

Can I set up the bounce near my pool?

No. The bounce unit must be set up a safe distance away from a pool or water front.
