Due to high amounts of bookings and 99% of the parties are booked on Saturdays & Sundays, all deposits must be paid within 3 days of booking and payment will be collected in either CASH or Money Order on the day of the party. If after 3 days and we did not receive deposit, there is no Guarantee for your date. For Bounce Houses (Moonwalks), Please call to see if they are available for your date. If one is, we will hold one in your name, and the above prepayment terms will apply.

We NO LONGER ACCEPT "PERSONAL" CHECKS FOR ANY REASON,
WE ONLY ACCEPT BUSINESS/COMPANY CHECKS FOR KNOWN BUSINESSES.

This is how we Keep our prices down & avoid unnecessary bank fees.

 Cancellations are accepted within THE FIRST 3 Business days of MAKING THE reservation and you will receive a 100% refund in method paid.  If you cancel your order after the 3 day period,
A gift certificate will be issued in the amount of the deposit.  If you cancel within 7 days of the reservation date a gift certificate will be mailed to you only if we rent the equipment that
you had reserved.  Weather cancellations will only be decided the morning of the rental due to the ever changing weather forecast. .  

Failure to return bounce house when due results in a full days charge per day until it is returned.

 All rental equipment must be returned CLEANED & in ready to use condition. FAILURE to do so will result in a $25 Cleaning FEE.

If the local weather is calling for rain or winds exceeding manufacture guidelines or 25 mph on your reserved day and both you AND Kids Like To Party .Inc agree BEFORE delivery that it would be a complete wash out, then your deposit can be applied to another day if available
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE BOUNCE IS SET UP.
THE BOUNCE MUST NOT BE USED WHEN WINDS ARE 15 MPH OR MORE or exceed manufacture guidelines.In Case of Heavy Rain, Stop using the equipment. Once the rain stops you can dry the unit with your towels. Once dry the bounce should be once again safe to use. Weather cancellations will only be decided the morning of the rental due to the ever changing weather forecast.

Delivery is available 7 days a week. Delivery is normally on time if not before the party, However sometimes unforeseen delays may arise and we will try our best to be there at a reasonable time.  Even though delivery times are NOT Guaranteed if we are more than 30 minutes late after your party has started, you have the right to cancel your bounce house rental BEFORE WE SETUP & a full refund is due back to you. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THEY GIVE US THE CORRECT INFORMATION AT TIME OF BOOKING. IF PARTY INFORMATION HAS CHANGED, SUCH AS DATE & TIME, YOU NEED TO LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE & WE WILL TRY TO ACCOMMODATE YOU AS BEST AS POSSIBLE.

We reserve the right to cancel any rental due to adverse weather conditions &/or Unsafe conditions. If WE cancel, You will receive a 100% Refund in the method paid.
