• How long
are the rental periods ? Due to us
delivering, setting up & picking up all our
bouncers & to avoid picking up units into the
late night, the following must now apply. Most
children's parties last about 4 hours... In
order to provide the best service to ALL our
customers, The rental periods are for 6 Hours.
Chances are we will set up unit much earlier but
the 6 hour window must be specified at time of
booking. All same day rentals must be available
for pickup no later than 6PM. Unless otherwise
Scheduled. So please plan your party time
accordingly (This however is negotiable,
Please let us know in advance if this is a
problem) You can make any rental into a 2-day
rental. 2nd day is just half price. (Unit must
be available on 2nd day)
• How
much room do I need? A 20' feet by
20' area should be plenty of room for a standard
bouncer ,other units require more space. The
area should be level, free of rocks and sticks
etc. and any in ground sprinkler systems should
be shut off and not protruding. Kids Like To
Party Inc reserves the right to NOT setup a
moonwalk due to unsafe conditions. However
we will do our best to recommend a safer
location.
• Who
sets up the bounce? Most of our
Bounce Houses are available for customer
pickups, however delivery, Setup & teardown
is available, for a small fee. Call for a quote
today. We will deliver, set up & pickup
the Bounce House. However Customers are
Responsible Cleaning the rental equipment. prior
to us picking it up otherwise a $25 Cleaning fee
will be charged..
• How
does the bounce unit stay inflated?
We setup the unit and inflate the bouncer with a
fully enclosed blower motor unit that must stay
on the entire time the bounce unit is being
used. The design of the blower is such that no
moving parts are exposed. This is a very
important safety feature that you should take
into account whenever considering a rental.The
blower unit must be located within 100 feet of
an electrical outlet.
• Can I
cancel my rental?
Cancellations are accepted
within 3 Business days of reservation and you
will receive a 100% refund in method paid.
If you cancel your order after the 3 day period,
A gift certificate will be issued in the amount
of the deposit. If you cancel within 7
days of the reservation date a gift certificate
will be mailed to you only if we rent the
equipment that you had reserved.
Weather cancellations will only be decided the
morning of the rental due to the ever changing
weather forecast.
• How
long do I have to send in my deposit?
We will hold your date for 3 days on verbal
order. If we do not receive a deposit by then
,the booking will be offered to anyone wishing
to rent. You can avoid missing out if you
guarantee your deposit with a credit card. Ask
for details....
• What
is the policy in case of rain or high wind?
If the local
weather is calling for rain or winds exceeding
manufacture guidelines or 25 mph on your
reserved day and both you AND Kids Like To Party
.Inc agree BEFORE delivery that it would be a
complete wash out, then your deposit can be
applied to another day if available NO
REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE BOUNCE IS SET
UP. THE BOUNCE MUST NOT BE USED WHEN WINDS
ARE 25 MPH OR MORE or exceed manufacture
guidelines.In Case of Heavy Rain, Stop using the
equipment. Once the rain stops you can dry the
unit with your towels. Once dry the bounce
should be once again safe to use.

• Can a
Bounce House be set up indoors? Yes,
Our units can be set up inside or outside. You
will need to have enough ceiling height to
accommodate the unit. Please arrange this at
time of booking so we can arrange proper
anchoring & let you know the height
requirements. The units must not be too near any
hot lights , vents or any other fire hazard.
Many commercial halls etc. will do just
fine.Customer is responsible to ensure
inflatable will fit.

• Can a
Bounce House be set up on pavement?
Yes, as long as the area is level an free of
obstructions. Please let us know ahead so that
we can bring along our sand bag anchoring
system.If we are not informed ahead of time we
will most likely not be prepared for pavement.
• Can I
set up the bounce near my pool? No.
The bounce unit must be set up a safe distance
away from a pool or water front.
