This is an example of how we figure out appropriate delivery costs.
Distance: (WE ONLY CHARGE FOR THE FIRST ORIGINAL DISTANCE DRIVEN & NOT TOTAL
DISTANCE)
If you only rent a basic bounce house and your party is only 10 miles away,
we need to travel 40 miles total just for your rental, but still only charge you for the
original distance & NOT total distance.
* 10 miles to setup
* Then 10 miles back
* Then another 10 miles after the party to pick up the rental
* And another 10 miles back,
Thus equaling 40 miles and about 1 hour total driving that
you DON'T have to do... Because WE WILL =)
Labor:
Due to most rentals weighing 175lbs - 800lbs each, most deliveries require
1-2
people, plus to properly set up a bounce house it could take you 10-20
minutes each depending on the complexity of each unit.
(Again, you DON'T have to do this... Because WE WILL =)
Gas Prices:
As of April 2011 gas prices are almost at the $4 a gallon mark, so of course doing
the average 40 miles per rental, gas gets quite expensive & our prices need to
compensate for that.
(Again, you DON'T have to worry about this... Because WE WILL =)
Local round trip

Plus $2.00 for each additional
mile over the 10 mile.
Example: If 1 way is 11 miles, Delivery is $50.00 +
2.00 TOTAL COST is $52... |
